Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on Tuesday, October 26th and Wednesday, October 27th from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. This is a great opportunity for you to discuss your child(ren)’s education and progress with their teacher(s)!
This year all conferences will be scheduled in-person. Please be aware that face coverings are required for anyone in attendance. Additionally, please note that social distancing should be practiced whenever possible. *If you prefer to have your conference virtually via Zoom, please make a note in the "special request" section indicating so. The teacher will email you a Zoom meeting link prior to your scheduled conference. Additionally, if you prefer to have your conference via phone call, please indicate so in the "special request" section. The teacher will call you at your scheduled date/time.
We are excited to share that we are again going to have our Parent-Teacher Conference sign ups online! This process is simple and convenient not only for teachers and school staff, but also for parents! To sign-up for your child(ren)’s conference(s), you can visit the link below (or scan QR code). The sign-up window will take place from Tuesday, October 12th (starting at 8:00 am) through Friday, October 22nd. Please be aware that sign-ups will be done on a first come, first serve basis. If you want your desired time preference(s), we highly encourage you to sign-up promptly at the start of the sign-up window. Time availability will be limited as the window progresses.

Please note that parents must have an active email address to sign-up for a conference. If you do not have internet access and/or an active email address, please call the school office and we can schedule a conference for you.
The conference time blocks will be as follows:
STARS & Rising STARS: 20 Minutes
K-3rd Grade: 20 Minutes
4th Grade (Mrs. Bezely & Mrs. Schlorff Together): 15 Minutes
Jr. High (5th-8th Grade), PE & Music: 10 Minutes *As Needed
Since teacher availability is limited, we ask that there only be one conference scheduled for each student per teacher. If parents need to schedule a student’s conference at separate times for a teacher, please contact the school office (exceptions may be made based on availability).
